Who this is for

This may be for you if…

You are capable, responsible, and outwardly successful, but inwardly tired.

You often perform, prove, please, or hold everything together.

You sense that an old belief, such as "I am not enough", is still shaping your choices.

You want success, but not at the cost of your energy, body, relationships, or inner peace.

You are ready to listen for a more honest way forward.

Where I come from, what I stand for

I believe each person
bears a uniqueness that asks to be lived.

Long before I had words for it, I was drawn to the inner life, to philosophy, books, poetry, music, other cultures, and the quiet question of how a human becomes more free than the story she has inherited. Psychology found me there, especially the themes of transgenerational patterns, healing, and the possibility of living more truthfully than we were taught to.

I stand for the dignity of the inner life. For the conviction that beneath performance, survival and adaptation there is something in you that already knows, a calling, a vision, a thread of meaning that has been with you all along. My work is to help you hear it, and to help you respond.

I want to support people in a way that honours both their inner life and their outer responsibility: soul and work, freedom and responsibility, love and truth, individual calling and service to others.

I'm Urša Young, psychologist (MSc), certified PCM® coach and trainer, HeartMath® coach, hypnotherapist, and a student of logotherapy with the Viktor Frankl Institute. I also teach and supervise parts work through IFSCA Counselling Association (ifsca.ca).

In 1:1 sessions I weave PCM personality structure, IFS-informed parts work, somatic awareness, and meaning-centred questions from logotherapy. My approach is trauma-informed, ADHD-friendly, body-aware, and I believe healing does not have to be heavy. There is always more space for the spirit than we think.

My story, for you

If life has become a series of tasks,
something in you already knows.

If you are competent, capable, and still somehow disappearing inside your own schedule, this is not the whole story. A vision is waiting. Something more is waiting.

I know this, because I lived it.

I still remember standing inside an old university building, once a government palace, looking through its tall windows. From the outside, everything looked right. A respected job. A safe job. A job my parents could be proud of. Inside my body, something felt wrong.

I was restless and felt trapped. I had learned early to sense what others needed, to read the room, to make myself useful. But inside, something was quietly asking a harder question: what if I do not have what it takes to make it on my own?

That fear kept me longer than the job itself did. It is easier to stay in a place that does not fit than to find out whether you are enough outside of it. When the fear is not of failing but of the unknown, leaving takes a different kind of courage.

But the body knows things the mind takes a long time to admit.

I called my father and told him I was thinking of going my own way. He said: "Do it, if you feel it is right." Something in me relaxed. I did not have a perfect plan. I had something I had been missing for a long time, the feeling that I was finally listening to myself.

So I packed my red car and drove to Spain with my dog. Two thousand kilometres. We stayed four months on the Costa Brava. I walked. I rested. I let my nervous system remember what quiet felt like. And I began working with people one to one, honest, unhurried, real.

Many of the people I work with now are capable, sensitive, intelligent. They learned to perform, care, prove, or push forward, while losing contact with themselves. In our work together I help them remember they are not broken. Beneath the pressure there is still calm, clarity, creativity, courage, and a deeper intelligence that knows the way.

If any of this sounds like you, the vision that is calling you is closer than you think.

Bonus

A short guided meditation.

Before or after you complete the worksheet, you can listen to a short guided meditation designed to help you move from pressure into inner listening.

It will guide you to notice the part of you that holds everything together, the part that may be afraid of change, and the quieter place within you that can sense one honest next step.
